This is a question I'm asked constantly and it comes from the fear that "I've failed before on programs similar and I don't want to waste my time/money and get my hopes up again only to not see any results". 


I completely understand I hate wasting my time and money too. All I can say is that I've designed every aspect of the program to help women just like you, to lose weight with PCOS. We will give you the guidance, plans, and support you need to ensure that this time you reach your goals. 

How hard is the program to follow?

Making drastic changes to your lifestyle is a super quick way to sabotage results down the track. As humans, we don't cope very well when we try and change everything at once. That's why the program is designed to fit into your lifestyle.

You workout as many days as you like or can, you follow the meal plans the best you can. You're running your own pace. This helps you adjust, and then create healthy lasting habits. 

What makes your program different?

It's very simple, our program is PCOS specific. But, what does that mean? It means that every aspect of the program, from the meal plans, exercise plans, recipe book, videos, the support group has been designed for women with PCOS. 

The program has been designed to help balance the hormonal imbalances that PCOS creates that make it extremely hard for you to lose weight. If you balance your hormones, you can lose weight and take control of your symptoms. 


Are the meals family friendly?

Yes! Our program is for normal everyday women just like you. The meal plans are family, budget and time friendly. 

Does your program cater to vegetarians or vegans?

Currently, our program does cater to vegetarians but we do not offer a vegan option. This will be coming in the future. 

Can I join if I am pregnant?

Your health and safety is our first priority. This is why we always ask you to get clearance from your doctor before joining the program if you're pregnant. There's nothing on the program we would ever do to put you at risk but, we always go with safety first. 

What happens at the end of the 10 weeks?

Although this program is a 10-week program it is only the first of 3 phases. After your 10 weeks, you will have a graduation week where we celebrate your journey. You can then decide if you want to continue onto phase 2 for another 10 weeks. 

What if I don't like Drew, or the program?
