I started by DBF weight loss Journey in May after seeing my before photo taken a week earlier while on holidays and I was horrified at the photo as I never saw myself as being that big and no-one ever said anything.

My whole way of thinking about food has changed and I now make healthier choices without even realizing it and this is the first time on a diet that I have actually changed my way of thinking. I still have my cheat meal every Saturday night and that will continue as this is my new way of eating. Wow, what a journey. I considered the program for around a month before signing and I must admit a little skeptical. I have tried many 'diets' over the last few years. I get the typical quick results but all of them are unsustainable.

How do I know it's going to work for me?

This is a question I'm asked constantly and it comes from the fear that "I've failed before on programs similar and I don't want to waste my time/money and get my hopes up again only to not see any results". 


I completely understand I hate wasting my time and money too. All I can say is that I've designed every aspect of the program to help women just like you, to lose weight with PCOS. We will give you the guidance, plans, and support you need to ensure that this time you reach your goals. 

How hard is the program to follow?

Making drastic changes to your lifestyle is a super quick way to sabotage results down the track. As humans, we don't cope very well when we try and change everything at once. That's why the program is designed to fit into your lifestyle.

You workout as many days as you like or can, you follow the meal plans the best you can. You're running your own pace. This helps you adjust, and then create healthy lasting habits. 

Are the meals family friendly?

Yes! Our program is for normal everyday women just like you. The meal plans are family, budget and time friendly. 

Does your program cater to vegetarians or vegans?

Currently, our program does cater to vegetarians but we do not offer a vegan option. This will be coming in the future. 

Can I join if I am pregnant?

Your health and safety is our first priority. This is why we always ask you to get clearance from your doctor before joining the program if you're pregnant. There's nothing on the program we would ever do to put you at risk but, we always go with safety first. 

What happens at the end of the 10 weeks?

Although this program is a 10-week program it is only the first of 3 phases. After your 10 weeks, you will have a graduation week where we celebrate your journey. You can then decide if you want to continue onto phase 2 for another 10 weeks. 

What if I don't like Drew, or the program?

How could you not like Drew (me) haha. But, if for any reason you're not happy with the program we offer a full 7-day money back guarantee. 

What If I have an injury and cannot perform certain movements?
